It may seem like a trivial point to some people, but if you've ever been on the receiving end of a pallet that's been delivered in tatters with damaged product, it's not.

We've been told that our outgoing shipments are works of art, "like a Rembrandt." Our fulfillment department is absolutely fanatical about making sure that pallets are stacked and wrapped to perfection to ensure that our deliveries arrive intact, on time, and so darned nice that you hate to cut the plastic.
